Garage Door Installation in Robertsdale, AL

Highly Recommended Garage Door Company! We recently had this company install our new garage doors, and they are absolutely amazing—modern, smooth-operating, and a huge upgrade to our home’s curb appeal. The installation was quick, clean, and professional with zero hassle. Their team provided excellent service from start to finish, answering all our questions and making the whole process effortless. We couldn’t be happier!

I had a great experience with the garage repair service. He responded quickly, arrived on time, and took the time to explain the issue. The work was completed efficiently, and is working better than ever. He was professional, honest, and charged a fair price. I would recommend him to anybody needing garage door repairs or maintenance.

Garage Doors Unlimited should have been my first call, unfortunately they weren’t. They will be next time. One of the garage doors at my home came off track last weekend and needed repair. I searched Google and called the first company listed as open on weekends with good ratings. They couldn't provide any details over the phone but said they would send out “a technician with a fully stocked truck” on Monday. When the appointment arrived, the person who showed up was actually a salesman, not a technician. He quoted an outrageous price to replace all of the door hardware, even though most of it was still in good working condition. Reluctantly, I agreed, and a repair crew was scheduled for a two-hour window the following day. The scheduled repair came and went—no technician, no phone call, and no update. At that point, I started looking for other options. Several companies I contacted either didn't answer the phone or were unable to discuss repair costs over the phone. Most seemed to be little more than answering services whose only function was to schedule a visit from another salesman. Then I called Garage Doors Unlimited. I spoke directly with Brian, the owner and a technician. Unlike the other companies, he was willing and able to discuss the issue over the phone, explain similar repairs, and provide realistic cost expectations. Out of roughly seven calls I made, he was the only person who was able to do that. About an hour later, Brian came to my house, inspected the door, identified which parts were still serviceable and which actually needed replacement, we scheduled the repair for the following morning. (30 minutes after that and more than 5 hours late, the first company texted they were on their way, I informed them they missed their opportunity and canceled the appointment.) The next day, Brian called to let me know he was ahead of schedule—something that's almost unheard of these days—and asked if he could arrive about an hour early. Brian showed up as discussed, fully prepared with the necessary parts and tools. He completed the repair quickly and professionally. Before leaving, he checked and adjusted my other garage doors and lubricated all the moving parts. The total cost was about 20% of what the first company had quoted—and that company didn't respect my time enough to show up on time or call to reschedule and perform the work. During our conversation, I learned that Garage Doors Unlimited really is unlimited. From residential to pole barns and aircraft hangars, they handle a wide range of door installations and repairs. If you need garage door service, I highly recommend giving them a call.

Brian was thorough and efficient in installing my 2 (two) garage door openers in Bay Minette, Al. He also helped me through installing the app for Bluetooth, in order to operate the doors with my phone. The openers are smooth and quiet. I would highly recommend Garage Doors Unlimited!

Brian had three irregular size garage doors custom made for us for a very reasonable price when we built our fortified home in the Marlow area 6 years ago. The doors and openers have performed flawlessly ever since. They survived a direct hit from Hurricane Sally without a scratch. His garage doors are the best.
